5 or 6 tablespoons vegetable, olive, grape-seed oil or any other cooking oil. 
1 small to medium size onion 
5 cloves garlic 
1 small bell pepper (I prefer red) 
3 chili or jalapeño pepper (optional /if you like spicy)
2 lbs ripe tomatoes 
1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust at you like) 
Black pepper (optional) 
5 or 6 eggs at room temperature 
1/4 cup chopped parsley, cilantro or basil (optional/garnish) 
Cutting board 
Sharp knife
Large pan with a cover 
Wooden spoon 
Mali Isaacson
Mali was born and raised in Israel.  Her parents came to Israel from Libya, and in Israel they owned a restaurant that served delicious Libyan cuisine.
Mali learned the art of cooking from her mother. From a young age, Mali would put her apron on, grab a knife, and start cooking, adapting her mother’s knowledge, recipes and techniques.
Today, Mali cooks food that reflects the flavors of Israel, North Africa,America and Asia. She is famous for not following any recipe, but instead cooking with passion and all her  five senses. 
Mali wants you to join her on a journey through the food of these countries.
First episode :”shaksuka” about 90 minutes
